A private and peaceful hide-away where you can rejuvenate and relax body, mind and soul.
Your accommodation comprises of one large room that has a queen size antique brass bed, 2.5 seater lounge, a dining nook with a small dining table and chairs, TV with DVD and a range of DVD's for your use plus free wifi, heating and cooling is a split system.
The Loft" has a kitchenette containing a microwave, 2 burner electric hot plate, all plates and cutlery, a range of teas and plunger coffee.
You can BYO food or enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast or a lazy lunch at one the wonderful cafe's that are close by.
One we highly recommend is Merricks General Store and Winery for great food and coffee.
If you prefer a more casual breakfast/lunch there is the Point Leo General Store that serves up egg and bacon rolls that are pretty special and coffee is good too.
For dinner why not take yourself off to one of the local wineries to enjoy all that they have on offer.
Point Leo Estate is only a 3 minute drive away.
We are perfectly situated to explore the Mornington Peninsula's hinterland that is filled with quirky wineries, cafe's, art galleries, boutique shops, golf courses, surfing and learn to surf classes.

Testimonials:
Wow!! what can I say! Has been an amazing four nights of relaxation, reflection and time out from Melbourne life that was much needed for me! The whole set up is perfect - Susie gives wonderful massages and her yoga class is really lovely too. Highly recommend this place and will be spreading the word! Thank you again Susie and Rod for this experience and your kindness.

Despite a visit of just on 12 hours only I leave here refreshed and replenished. Your place is such a wonderful conscious respite. Thank you !
I'll be back, Cate
Annie and I have spent almost a week at Sue and Rod's apartment in Point Leo! And we've loved the whole experience! The apartment itself is impeccably clean, it has all the mod con's we need, yet is simple, peaceful and ultimately relaxing.
Rod and Sue as hosts have been wonderful - warm, inviting and social, yet not overbearing or imposing - just perfect! Scooby is as cute a dog as you could wish to meet. Point Leo beach is one of the most un-discovered, underated beaches in Victoria. Let's keep it that way! In short, we loved our stay and will return.
